By booking with Funomenal Parties, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
1. Bookings & Payments
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit (if required) has been received.
Remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the party.
All prices are agreed in writing before booking is finalised.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area (Croydon, Redbridge, Greater London).
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a refund (minus any non-refundable deposit).
Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in loss of deposit.
If we are forced to cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or reschedule to another available date.
3. Our Responsibilities
We provide a structured entertainment program tailored to children aged 4–12.
We arrive promptly and deliver the services agreed at booking.
We bring our own equipment for games and entertainment (unless otherwise agreed).
Safety is a priority—our activities are designed to be safe and age-appropriate.
4. Your Responsibilities
You must ensure the venue is safe, suitable, and has enough space for the activities booked.
A responsible adult (parent/guardian) must be present throughout the event. We are not a childcare provider.
You must inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or health concerns for participating children.
You agree to provide accurate details about the number of children attending so we can plan accordingly.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe activities, Funomenal Parties is not liable for accidents or injuries resulting from unsafe venues, lack of adult supervision, or circumstances beyond our control.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of children at the party.
We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property during the event.
6. Photography & Media
We may request permission to take photos/videos of the event for marketing purposes. Consent will always be obtained beforehand.
If you do not wish to have photos taken, you must inform us in writing before the event.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, power failure, strikes, illness, emergencies). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or refund.
8. Changes to Terms
Funomenal Parties reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
